Sport gives people a shared language for discipline, respect, patience, humility, honesty, leadership and confidence. Donald’s sculpture asks audiences to carry those principles beyond sport and into relationships, business and everyday life.

Subject to sponsorship, the proposal is to gift winning locations a 7 ft × 5 ft × 12 in bronze with shipping, installation, insurance and an unveiling ceremony. The site owner and The Global Gallery would share ownership, while The Global Gallery retains intellectual-property and media rights.

The meaning

Personal peace begins within.

Personal peace means understanding our strengths, honestly acknowledging our weaknesses and nurturing the principles that help us operate from a position of strength rather than chaos, confusion or unresolved inner turmoil.

“If we search for peace without having peace within, we leave our quest for peace in pieces.”Donald Brown
